I have a Tmall store, for a problem in the past and it's been closed, right now I have over 12,000 dollars on the store account, but Tmall forces me to put another 5,000 dollars, I asked for the store to close, and they don't want to close the store

Still can't figure out the APN settings or whatever to get it to work. I've started giving up on the thing...to be honest...but I'll take whatever help i can get..please help me!

I order from 1688 and i dont notice i put wrong address but my exact address is still writen there and can be choosen but all the seller is selecting the chinese address which 1688 will automatically input that address once you put wrong region address.ive been waiting 20days thus package and talk any costumer service but until no one can solve the problem.And i saw in the record its your warehouse address and you are cooperative to 1688.
